Returns

We want you to be happy with your Studio BoEss purchase and if it doesn’t work out for you, we are happy to exchange you for a refund. Like any normal company, there’s some rules you have to follow in order to be eligible for a refund. So here goes:

 

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Email us at returns@studioboess.com to request a return authorization. Please include: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.
  • All items must be returned unsoiled, undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. We simply cannot honor any refunds if these standards are not met.
  • All returns must be received by our returns department within 30 days of your purchase.
  • All ACCESSORIES and SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded. Customer is responsible for original shipping fee as well as return shipping fee. If your original order was is over $100, and items are returned which make the original order less than $100, you will be refunded less $6.00 to cover the original shipping fee.
  • We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.
  • All refunds will be processed 7-10 days after recieving and inspecting return.
